Jo Kent

Jo has been a fitness instructor for 15 years (LES MILLS BODYPUMP™, RPM™ and Spin) and a keen runner. She is also pre- and post-natal exercise qualified.

After experiencing a lot of injuries she was advised to take up Pilates alongside her high impact exercise and has never looked back!

“It helped me to increase my strength and flexibility and reduce my risk of injury”.

In fact she was so impressed, she went onto qualify as a Pilates instructor.
