Rita Murphy
Rita has worked as a practice manager at a dental surgery in Winchmore Hill for the last 32 years. The duration of which she has worked at the practice is attributable to her vast people skills and likability. She has shown a vast amount of organisational skills both in her work and in her home life.
Since beginning her Zumba® journey, she has changed from going just one class per week to up to four per week. She is a self-confessed addict to Zumba® and couldn’t be happier doing it.
Since attending the classes she has increased vastly in both confidence and self assurance, and feels the benefits both physically and mentally.
At the end in 2015, Rita passed both the Zumba® basic and Aqua Zumba® certifications and is now facilitating her own classes.
